How a sign gets made
Four stages, one bench. We cut the faces and returns on our CNC, then assemble and finish the sign by hand — machine-precise where it counts, hand-worked everywhere else.

We draw it
Send a logo, a sketch, or a photo of the wall. We draw the sign at full size — letterforms, depth, the colour of the light — and nothing gets cut until the drawing is right.

We cut it
Faces and returns go onto our CNC, which is where a machine earns its keep: clean, repeatable edges. Then every piece comes off the bed and is sanded and squared by hand.

We light it
LEDs are laid out, wired, and the sign is left running on the bench while we watch for hot spots and shadows — until the light sits even from one end to the other.

We finish and fit it
We make the mounting to suit your wall or fascia, finish the edges by hand, and hand over a sign that only needs power.
